System & Platform Requirements

Our comprehensive training programs are designed to work seamlessly across multiple devices and platforms. Here's what you need to ensure the best possible learning experience.

  • Operating System Compatibility

    Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.14 or later, iOS 13+, Android 8.0+. Our platform automatically optimizes content delivery based on your device capabilities.

  • Internet Connection

    Minimum 5 Mbps download speed for video content. We recommend 25+ Mbps for HD video streaming and real-time virtual sessions. All materials are also available for offline access.

  • Browser Requirements

    Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+. JavaScript must be enabled. We regularly test across all major browsers to ensure consistent performance.

  • Hardware Specifications

    4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended), built-in or external webcam for interactive sessions, headphones or speakers, and microphone for group discussions and presentations.

  • Accessibility Features

    Full screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation support, closed captioning for all video content, and adjustable text size. We're committed to inclusive learning environments.
