Coming from Brazil with a background in social services, I thought I understood trauma work. But Netwrkusa's program opened my eyes to international best practices I'd never encountered. Within six months of completing the certification, I was promoted to lead our organization's new trauma response team. The cultural competency aspects were particularly valuable—I now train other professionals across South America on implementing trauma-informed approaches in diverse communities.
From Berlin to Community Leadership
Marina completed our intensive trauma-informed care certification while studying in Munich. After returning to Berlin, she established the city's first multilingual crisis intervention center, now serving over 400 refugee families annually.
"The practical skills I learned didn't just advance my career—they gave me the confidence to create something entirely new in my community."
